Thank you for browsing the Heart Warrior Essences website and shop, managed and run by Dianna Hardy. The following make up the general terms and conditions for purchases from this shop.



Your information is only ever used to send your orders to you and never for any other reason. Dianna will never sell your information onto a third party.

Shop Terms

All flower and vibrational essences are dispensed by Dianna (a qualified flower essence therapist and herbalist) on clean, disinfected surfaces, using clean, disinfected tools. Essences are sent to you with tamper-evident pipette caps and are also sealed with cellophane. We do our best to package them well for delivery, and we also reuse outer packaging sometimes (like bubble wrap) in order to do our bit to help the environment.

Please note, while we do our best to represent the items as precisely as possible through our photographs, colours may appear slightly different on the screen due to camera lens and lighting.


Dianna Hardy and Heart Warrior Essences can not diagnose any illness, nor make claims of cure, and when we make reference to the word "healing" or "heal" we are meaning the emotional, spiritual, and holistic well being of a person. All content on this site is meant for informational or educational purposes and does not replace advice given to you by your GP or licenced medical practitioner.

Flower and vibrational essences have no contraindications and are completely safe to take even if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication. They work on the emotions of a person, helping to bring them back into balance, and sometimes helping to lift them into a higher vibrational (higher consciousness) state. Very sensitive people can sometimes feel that flower remedies and vibrational essences help them physically.

All essences are preserved in either a brandy or vodka base - please be mindful of this if you are intolerant or allergic to alcohol. The essence can also be diluted into water (and hot water to evaporate any alcohol), as well as mixed into creams and applied topically.

If at any time you have an intolerance, or allergic reaction to one of our products, please cease using it immediately.

Bespoke essence blends can be created for you by Dianna after a consultation.


There are many ways to pay to suit many needs - we believe in giving you choice:

  • If you checkout with PayPal, your transaction will appear as 'Bitten Fruit Books' or 'BFBooks' on your statement.
  • If you checkout with Stripe, your transaction will appear as 'Heart Warrior Herbs' or 'HWH' on your statement. Heart Warrior Herbs will contribute 0.5% of your purchase to remove/offset CO₂ from the atmosphere when you pay using Stripe.
  • It is also possible to pay by bank transfer - this is a popular option for those who collect their orders locally or for those who do not wish to use a payment processor, or do not like the above options. In this case, submit your order through using the Contact form on this site and we will send you an invoice with bank transfer details.
  • If you are local, you can pay in cash in-person. Please ask.

Coupons and Discount Codes

Any discount codes offered for use at checkout cannot be used with any other offer, and exclude shipping/postage costs.


Because of the nature of our products, we currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. Items are usually sent within 48 hrs by one of the following options:

  • 1st Class Royal Mail - we charge £3.95
  • Royal Mail 24hr Tracked and Signed OR by Evri Courier (whichever option works out the best for your order) - we charge £5.00

Any combined shipping discounts will be applied at checkout.

Click and Collect

If you are local and have opted to collect your item, it will be ready for pick up from 48 hours after you place your order and during our regular business hours which are Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. In all cases, you must pre-book a collection time with us as we do not have the staff to cater for unnannounced visitors. We will send you an email after your order has been placed to arrange collection.


Returns are accepted within 14 days as long as all items are in their original, unused (sealed) condition. Postage will not be refunded unless the item(s) is proved to have been damaged in the post. If this is the case, please contact us straight away on receipt with photographs and details of the damage.

These terms & conditions and the content of this site shall be governed by English Law and all matters in connection with them shall be determined by the English Courts.


None of the above affect your statutory rights. When you make a purchase from this website, you are agreeing to the Terms laid out above. They may be changed at any time without notice - please refer back to this page to view any updates.
